I'm thinking, pulling off the badges taking a picture, then if I don't like it i'll have them painted same color as the car. Pictures to come this weekend.

Debadge. It's like a sticker or a pricetag on new clothes. You are suppose to take it off.

Let's not forget this option:

"555i"

But seriously, like any other mod it comes down to personal preference...you'll find the same point uttered the other 12 or so threads about this topic....GL with your decision
My friend has that on his 528i. When he was shopping for a 5 series, he was comtemplating on either a 535 or 528. I told him to get the 535. When he pulled up to my house, I saw the 555i. I asked if he got the 535. He said "Nope, I just changed the last two numbers to 5's.

I mean the #5 in Chinese can stand for "fast" in Chinese.

As for me, I had the badge on for the most part until I got my loud ass exhaust. So I removed the badge since everyone would know it's a V8.

I debadged. others have ordered from us the black emblems, either matte or gloss.
Speaking of rebadging with black ones. How's the restocking of those going for the diesels? Any ETA?

I'm traveling in Italy, where I see many debadged cars, particularly mercs and bimmers. I suspect they are almost all small-engined vehicles going for the ambiguous look. I suspect that v8s or v12s are not debadging as often.
