Change DRL/halo color
Has anyone been successful in changing the color of their DRL/halo lights without buying upwards of $200 LEDs?
I'd love to be able to buy a nice low cost LED an not get any errors. If no one has been able to do it I guess I'll buy the factory incandescent bulb.

if you’re trying to change from the standard yellow to a cool bluish color, i’ve had good success with a cheap pair off amazon on my LCI E60 with H8 angel eye bulbs
with these bulbs, i haven’t been able to fit the dust cover back on the headlight unit because of the heatsink, but i’ve had them off for about 8 months with no problem, though there are universal dust covers that can fit in just for extra protection

I bought these...
I'm digging the ice blue, but I need to match the fogs at a minimum. I also am throwing a code. Do you by chance use Carly for coding?

I installed HID 35 watts in the DRL/Halo ring which in my opinion, looks brighter than any LEDs i've used. Only thing is, I used a 'Digital ballast' over the standard, because for some reason it would not power on with the standard(ending up needing a relay to get it on..a whole set of wires).
The Digital was a easy a PnP neater and no extra wires or relay was needed
I used the Carly app to cancel out to cancel out the errors
