Anyone know what it is? Got a new battery like a month ago. Alternator changed recently. The ambient lights stay on and killed the battery. I have it on a Battery Tender Jr.

Just ambient lighting (the ones on the door panel), or welcome lights as well?

Just the ambient (orange LED) The doors, headliner, cigarette sockets in the back foot area.

Screen, Neutral display, shifter, white LED are off. Think the car is sleeping. But the ambient lighting stays on.

Hi

Did you get the car coded after the battery change ? , it must be coded to in order to tell the car a new battery was fitted , this in order to charge the right way on the new battery.

Els it could be a defect IBIS at the battery negativ pol , or a problem with the MPM modul.

You will need to get a tester on , and see what it says is the problem.

Kind Regards
BenAnd/Denamrk

Thanks. Will get those checked out. I did replace the battery myself without registering it. So hopefully that'll be the problem.
