I would like to ask, if anyone knows if i can fit the front brakes and the rear (Caliper housing, brake carriers, brake discs etc) 374x36 front, 370x24 rear (same dimension as M5 E60) even with some kind of adapter from the E66 7 series (760Li) to 5 series E60?

Hi Ap,
I saw your post on the Greek forum too, I think it won't fit, as not even one single part is sharing beetween E60 and E66 (760i), as a basis to start measure from, so at first, you have to find out whether the rotors can be mounted properly on E60's wheel hub ...then, it will be possible using some adapters to align the calipers on it ...but too much work (I think)

Nick i found left and right calipers from E66 at the ebay. The seller says that they will fit also in E60 545, so they probably fit in E60 520? Am i correct? Take a look at the link below abd let me know your PRICELESS opinion.

According to this, for vehicles with option code SA212 only (S212A EQUIPMENT, BRAKE SYST. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC
S212A ABS DISCONTINUED) ...don't know what that really means

So should i keep the front calipers and brake carriers from the E66 which fit and buy only the M5 rotors from E60 and do the same for the rear?

Too dangerous to retrofit brakes from one series to another. Way too much trouble for the risk.
Why not just go for Brembo BBK or M5 BBK?

BigMike I am trying to avoid the high price of M5 brakes or aftermarket kits
