Default Board level ECU repair

Does anyone have a recommendation for an outfit that does board level ECU repair. I'm fairly certain I fried a bit of my CAS when a piece of aluminum foil used to cover an intake runner fell into the engine bay and briefly shorted the starter leads. The starter motor still spins if I disconnect the line from the CAS and short the leads, but when I check the voltage at the disconnected lead when I turn the key, it never comes up from ground (i.e. the CAS is not signalling the solenoid to activate). I pulled the CAS unit and looked at the board and there's no obvious damage but as far as I can tell, it's the most likely culprit.

Thanks, Steve
