B&B cold air intake system

My Ride: 04 525i w/ sports and premium pakage, titanium silver, gray dakota leather w/ polar grain wood trim, steptronic
i found out that B&B also has cold air intake system for e60. its $179.. is intake system worth it?? i had intake system on my previous car and it added good sound.. it says gains horsepower and acceleration response by much as 10%..should i match wit my exhaust??

My Ride: 2010 E63 AMG -- Palladium Silver/Black.
Love this car but looking to switch things up to keep things fresh. 2nd AMG in a row, but toying with coming back into the BMW fold!
It is my belief that the B&B you are referring to (as in B&B Performance) is different than the B&B Triflow maker of exhaust systems. However, I would like someone else to confirm my suspicions. I only mention it so people are not misled into thinking that they are the same company.
