Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has heard from Dave from CustomAngelEyes regarding the static on FM stations when the AIBs are turned on? Over on a thread in M5board.com, Dave mentoned that they would be coming out with a fix. That was promised a few months back. So far, nothing has materialized. http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/showthrea...ed=1#post913720
Anyhow, since Umnitza has just released their angel eyes for the e60 at a cheaper price I don't think anyone esle will be patronizing CustomAngelEyes. But if anyone does consider AIBs be forewarned. Dave, if you are reading I look forward to hearing your response. Please do set the record straight. Thanks.

We sent a few people emails that had issues, but not everyone, sorry if you were left out, I apologize.
We want to clarify a few things for you and anyone else with an e60 that has an issue:
1) The fix or upgrade will fix the FM reception, any blinking/flickering, and makes the iBrights brighter.
2) It has taken much, much longer then ever expected to design new circuit boards to deal with these issues. They are currently in production.
3) We apologize if it seems like you have been in "the dark" regarding this matter, but we have honestly been working on this for months, with no new developments, and as frustrating as it may seem, you will be very happy soon, so thanks for hanging in there..
4) Our Customer Service is of utmost importance to us, and always has and will be, we have always tried to help our customers out in every way possible.
When the boards are finished we will let everyone know, so stay tuned.
We appreciate the continued business from everyone!

Thank you. I appreciate the quick response. I'm just happy to know that a fix is in the works. To set some things straight about the AIBs, not all who purchased them have the FM issue.

Sung from "Nurse Betty" fame got me lookin around and what did i find but a whole lotta nice
Anyway, we're in the same boat, both patiently waiting for a proper return on our $350 to get lights that are brighter/whiter than OEM and don't cause any extraneous issues like FM interference.
