Are any special BMW tools needed for a Spring install?

Are there any special dealer tools that need to be used when changing springs or is it pretty straight forward for any shop?

Anyone know of any BMW DIY's I could give a tech to review first?

Its like changing springs on any car... Standard set of tools, (spring compressor so forth...)
