My Ride: BMW E60 9/04
BMW E46 / 3
I came across an offer that is interesting for german or europe E60/61/63/64 drivers.
Function and installing is as the known interface of dom.
Plug & play, 3 x A/V + 1 RGB (camera f.e.)
It works with 6,5 and 8,8 Displays as well. No TV option onboard.
Comes with remote control.
Sound comes over the onboard radio speakers.
A centralized order will start next week at bmw-treff.de
A primitive installation guide that anyhow shows the interface and it?s feautures can be found here (PDF)
For germany prizing should be about 250 USD incl. Tax and delivery to Alex (the man who makes the centralized order) plus delivery from Alex to you.
At the moment we have 5 definitve orders, the more we get together, the cheeper it will be.

so I doubt that for 250$he can get that from Korea and tax and import and freight all incl....let's see and what is the guarantee that we do not have to CUT the wires at least for the power source.

I?ll get an external DC Connector in glove box so I don?t have to cut wires.
Also the mod don?t need a aux in i guess so I save also about 200 euros on that.
I?ve ordered it for this prizing. If he cannot get it for that, I don?t take it.
And for me in germany it makes no difference, if it comes from USA, Australia or China. I?ll get no support anyways. Or do you think, I?ll ship f.e. a module back to domnavtv for garantiees? All that douane trouble for getting it, sending it back and retourning.
Shipping and douane - I can buy another from Alex.
In fact - I get nothing posting here for a centralized order. So anyone can decide by himself.
But no one shall say in future, he wasn?t informed about the offer.

My Ride: I have a Metallic Silver 2002 3 series 318 coupe E46 with alot of extras. I have just got a 5Series E60 525d which is Carbon Black Metallic, Black Sport Dakota Leather, Automatic Transmission, Alarm System, M Sports Package, Velour Floor Mats, Anti Dazzle Rear View Mirror, Park Distance Control, Cruise Control, Professional Navigation System, BMW Assist, Bluetooth Interface, 6 CD Changer, M Rear Spoiler, Individual Sun Protetion Glazing, sliding armrest, keyless entry, Mtech 18inch rims, Sports Suspension, Multifuntional Steering Wheel, Rain Sensor & Automatic driving lihts, Electric Seats, Run Flat tyres, Privacy Glass, etc.....
I am interested in getting the E60 interface, how do I go about it? as at bmw-treff.de everything is in German!! Where do you put this onterface, so if you do this interface am I right in saying that I can watch TV & DVD's?? but do you have to install a dvd player?? If anyone has more information to help me out it would be of great help. Regards Edward

In the next week there?ll be a new thread for the collection of orders.
Two members at bmw-treff installed it weeks ago in the e60 and it works fine with dvd f.e.
Hope for great resonanse. It should?t be a competition to dom but I think expecially for german buyers it is more interesting because of no douane problems and low prizing.
