AFTERMARKET EXHAUST FOR 545I?
#2
Brian,
I do not have the exhaust but am looking for applications for my car as well. I contacted Hamann and they put me in contact with Wheel Power Inc in Cali. I sent them an email and they asked for my number so they can discuss this with me. I will send a reply once I hear from them.

I have the Eisenmann super sound system on my 545.
Much much better than the OEM, soundwise. Not too loud inside but a much better sound outside. Especially when warm, it?s got a nice deep sound.
Very easy to install. Looks just great with 2x76 mm pipes.
After some hard driving the pipes now changed from chrome silver to brass like color. Very nice!

Sorry, videocamera broke down yesterday. Have to buy new one.
As for the quad pipes -it?s not really a good looking system. There is only normal sized muffler on the left side ( only tubing on the right ). You also have to cut in the rear bumper.
If you have the Dynamic Drive it?s impossible to mount it due to lack of room.
mynew5........
What type of E60 do you drive? <_<

My Ride: 2005 545i step, nav, sport, 166 wheels, premium sound, don't need nothin' else.
Will the addition of aftermarket exhaust void the warranty? Help..............

My dealer told me that it would NOT affect the warranty, as long as no changes are made to the engine or engine software.
Maybe there could be a problem if I were to claim warranty concerning anything exhaust related?
