750$ just for front bumper?

My Ride: 2005 525i : Alpine White, Steptronic, Black Interior with Amethyst Leather & Popular Grain Brown, 17" 122-Style Rims, Adaptive Bi-Xenon Headlights, Auto Dimming & Folding Mirrors, Advanced A/C, Sports Steering Wheel, Electrically Adjustable Steering Column, Extended Lighting Package, PDC, Sliding Armrest, Bus Navi, Hi-Fi Sound System (MP3 DVDs), CD Changer, Rear Sunshades..
MODS:M-tech front bumper, Painted Grill, Installed Aux-In, Garage Door Opener (Overhead Compartement), ///M Steering wheel, Wood hand brake trim, Wood gear-shift lever. 35% Tint all around..
Got, ACS Roof Spoiler, but not installed..
went to the parts section and asked my dealer for the front M-bumper he gave me a quote of 750$..
i find that to be alot since the price listed in Realoem.com is about 500$...not i dont mind paying a bit more but then im gonna have to buy the foglight and the grills and air ducts,,,which will cost another 400$...(they want 260$ just for the foglights alone) without paint, and install...
the part i asked for pricing is the first part shown.part no.51117897207..he gave me 750$...
im asking you is this pricing normal or should i try to go somewhere else for better pricing...

ok....i "WILL" ask again tomorow...but i doubt they offer such service...if they do offer anything near 500-600 dollars...ill order tomorow...
