It'll fit perfectly.
In the future, if you want to know if M5 part fit on regular E60 or not, compare part number on realoem.com.
For example, if part number of M5 PDC is the same as regular E60, say 530i, you can be sure it'll fit.

It will fit perfectly. I have PDC and M5 bumper, and they is fine.
