My Ride: 530D E60 LCI
530D 235hp engine tuning project
Hello to everyone.
We have remapped 530D 235hp lci version with:
EGR off
DPF removed physically
Swirl flaps removed
Stock turbo around 1.6-1.7 bar so car is fast and good acceleration and response maybe around 270-280HP.
Next move Hybrid Turbo will push 2.3-2.5 bar and wagner intercooler so we think with our remapper that we can reach 350hp and limit torque to 700-730 NM.
Has anyone did something like this here and what do you think is it better to change MAF and put 535D or 335D MAF for better mixture?
