Thanks for the info! And you're right about the increase, I was using the base 163hp (here in Belgium) in stead of the original 177hp when calculating the numbers.

525DTouring - Why don't you take a roadtrip to Belgium? I just verified the 205 hp upgrade and will consider doing it in the next few weeks. You can find more information about the company here: autotuneheinz. Please remember that they do not put a new chip in your car, they however reprogram the existing one. Labor will be something like 3 to 4 hours and you will get a certificate about the upgraded performance (measured by testing the car on a performance bench - I just hope this is the right word). Price would be 850 EUR excl. 21% VAT.

It is probably a silly question but why BMW doesn't sell their cars with that extra power and need to lunch the new 535d to achive that performance. I do like powerfull machines but I had to be counscious about what one have to pay for a car. And that part of me tells me it isn't probably a good idea to change the specs of the engine and have problems later on.
