both front and rear
The wheel store asked me if i want the "normal" ones or the "more aggressive" (which means bigger offset so it's pararell to the fender) , and since he said his store has been around for 25 years, if he asked, i guess both would be fine, so i went with the "more aggressive" ones.

they look good, but i guess there's something wrong...

Looks good! But if you want to keep those rims and that look, i think you need to slow down on bumps, plus its best if you do, since you might risk bending your rims... But I think you need a new set of rims with the correct offset so that it won't rub, try rolling your fenders first tho...

What tire size are you running? I also have similar problem with my breyton spirits and ends up rolling the fenders and the problem is gone.

I had the same problem when I first got my R10s...it was rubbing at the right rear fender (gas tank and battery). I rolled the fenders but still had occasional rubbing. I figured the sports package shocks were still a bit soft so I got coilovers, lowered my car a bit and stiffened the shocks a bit and now, no rubbing whatsoever; even with the car loaded with 5 people.

Roll your fenders first. The shop you got the wheels from should be able to do it and maybe for free since you got your wheels from the. Otherwise, I think you can do all four fenders for a little over $100.

Honestly I don't think your rubbin on the fender.. by the looks of it are you lowered at all? after market or sports package? I personally think if your not lowered at all your rubbing from the inside maybe rubbing on the strut bar or perhaps the strut protection plate.. let me know if your lowered and I can make a judgement as to where it might be rubbing

The "fast" here I'm talking about is up to 40mph

and the "Bumps" over here i'm talking about small bumps on the road that are not even very visible
