Ok guys, looked around at different kits for the E60, so far I like the M Tech front and rear bumpers the best.
I have an 08 535i sport
my question is, do I go with aftermarket, or do I go with OEM M Tech Bumpers
Sideskirts, do I get sideskirts too, or do I keep the stock ones, are they any different?
Yes I have checked on here and other forums, not much info on where to go and with what kit, oem or aftermarket?
Would appreciate all your help.
Ps how hard is it to install those bumpers, is it something that can be done at home once the bumpers are painted?

The Mtec kit includes the front bumper, rear bumper AND sideskirts...they are different from the stock side skirts.
Many will buy the entire kit, some others opt for leaving the back stock.
For the oem kit contact Garry @ Bmw of Newport. For Aftermarket contact Trinity autosport.
I would have the kit installed by a proper bodyshop unless you possess the know how and skill.
good luck...its a nice mod.

Go for the OEM Mtech kit. You get all the parts needed for installing.
The main parts are the front bumper, rear bumper and the side skirts. And yes, side skirts are different compared to standard ones.
You can do the install at home, just need a friend to help. Here's Installation Instructions .
