Routing the cable...

I did not take a lot of pictures working with the wire harness because it was chilly out and it gets dark at like 4:30pm here. But here is the wire harness installed.

Bleeding the brakes was an utter P.I.T.A. Now to catch up where I am at.

Putting the car back together I decided to tuck the wire harnesses.

starting to pull the harness back..

Oh boy...here we go again.

Only the washer fluid hose to pull back..

Pulled the wire harness through here..

tucked...Now all I have left is the hood cables and passenger side wire harness..

underside

Finally gone...

Passenger front....

And done.....

Next up on the list is heating my garage. Then I will be looking into an aftermarket oil cooler, Custom design for the factory electric fan, possible e90 Mishimoto radiator retrofit (unless someone knows where to get an aluminum for an e60), remove dynamic drive and active steering.

But first...Heat. Hopefully can make some money back on parts removed from my car..

Almost forgot. In the process of bleeding my brake I found this to be the best process.

I filled my motive power bleeder with 2 liters of Pentosin Dot 4 LV brake fluid and then ran this set up to catch the new fluid as it comes through the lines. I was not throwing away $15/liter of brake fluid. I already drained the system so only new fluid has been put back in.

A closer look. I use a coffee filter to capture any contaminants that were in the line so I could reuse the fluid.

All the nasty crap I caught. I will probably do one more flush in a few days.

here you go!
