are you going to keep the one sided muffer, or do a quad set up? the video you posted is a quad set up

I want to keep it one sided, I only posted the video because I'm going for a similar sound, and from my understanding and what I have read, the car in the video has the 2 resonators removed, and 2 cherry bomb mufflers on both sides of the bumper going to the exhaust outlets.

Well if that is all you want to do, then it will not sound like DK's setup (removing the resonators is the real reason for the sound) and you will suffer some engine performance loss.

If you just want the sound....keep the cat, resonators and y-pipe muffler up front. This will help keep the sound down. Then do the muffler delete in the rear.

in short, just chop off your muffler in the rear and get some nice dual tips. If the sound is too loud for you, weld on a resonator from vibrant or any other quality company.

Would it be possible to put a cherry bomb in place of the muffler? I'm talking about the glass pack cherry bomb. I'm planning on doing that. Trying to avoid the whole welding part. I'd like to cut off the muffler and possibly find a clamp that would hold the cherry bomb in. That way if I decide I don't like the cherry bomb I can always put the muffler back in.
