What type of bulb is this???

I bought some chrome bulbs to replace my oem front blinker and side marker... I was able to replace the side markers but the front blinker type is different than what the Manual calls for... the manual says it required type PY21W which I received... but when I went to install it the base of the bulb on my car was an entirely different than the one I got. The one on my car has a flat base (pictured) and the PY21W is a typical rounded tubed base....can anyone tell me which bulb I have?? Here is an example of what my bulb looks like... Now all I need is the type of bulb it is so I can order the correct set.

The one with the round base is a 1157 bulb. http://www.boatersworld.com/product/199323155.htm
1157 = dual filament
1156 = single filament
both are round base.
