Dude if your buying M5's like that and spending probably large amounts of dough with them, than THE FREAKING OWNER should be loaning you his personal vehicle 
Stealerships suck. I took my last Bimmer, an 05 330ci to my dealer and they tried to give me a freaking Chrysler Town and Country from the Enterprise next door! Needless to say I told them I wouldn't be driving any minivan anywhere, and they went back and got me an Altima LOL. :thumbsdown:

Sometimes I ask younger folks to give dealers the benefit of the doubt. Because sometimes us slightly older folks have a hard time giving young people the respect they may deserve. However if you have had a 645 and two M5's from these people I assume you aren't 16 and they have seen you before and know you well. I also assume that you are not an ass to these people.
That is well over a quarter million dollars in cars/business. I would have mentioned that they are in severe danger of taking that incredible amount of business elsewhere. Their job is to solve the problem and get you in a loaner, period.
Unless they apologize I would complain to BMW NA. If you give them 5's again (doubt they will survey you this time) your nuts.

dont get me wrong, i'm not supporting what happened, but rules are rules, and they are there for a reason.
had similar issue with parts dept this week, talked to the manager, and he stepped up appropriately, even comped the difference on the part (their error), to keep me happy because he recognized a car guy; made a new friend and source for parts with great discount along the way, etc.
just realize that the dealers have to follow other people's rules, too....

SOME of VISTA's front line people and middle mgrs are in definite need of interpersonal skill training. Due to my own ugly experience with them I have chosen to go elsewhere.
