I have a question regarding my M5. First off, I want to thank all of you for your input and I have learned so much from all of you! I recently purchased a new velocity booster for my 550i and then purchased my M5 so fast I never even installed this mod on my 550 yet. Has anyone installed a velocity booster on their M5?

You have P500 Sport if you wanna sharpen your throttle response. IMO don't waste your time/money on the booster

I would contact the manufacturer of the velocity booster just to make sure it's compatible with your M5...

the sprint booster has both an M and non M version, so not sure if the velocity booster works the same...

Completely disagree. I take my SB (M version) out when I turn my car in for service and the difference is night and day. There's way too much lag without the SB. The car feels completely different. I'll never drive without it. I should also point out that I drive in P500 Sport all the time. Afterall, what's the point of spending all that money to drive it in 400...

I have not tried the V - Booster yet as I am still working in the car. It is brand new still in the box and will be up for sale soon at a discount. If I were to use one it would be the M Sprint Booster which I might buy soon.

Thanks for all your input!

Mark
