Can you guys tell me what tire pressure is recommended on the M5 OEM 166's on 19's. There has always been a lot of discrepancy between tire pressure. I thought it was simple really, Every car I had always had a definite tire pressure recommendation. Seems to be a lot of confusion with BMW. I swapped out my 124's for OEM 166's with General Exclaim UHP's. 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. What pressure is everyone using?

Thanks Roy! How does that work for you? How is the tire wear?

I have settled on 34 psi front / 38 psi rear, but only have 1370 miles to attest to.

This exactly the question I have with the exception that I purchased Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear mounted on OEM M 166's.

Vredestein's recommendation (have a look): 48PSI front and 51PSI back

I am not sure what guidelines to follow. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how do you like the General's? I read so many good things about them, but some here think it is not a good enough brand to put on a 5er, and even my tire shop said I would be disappointed if I didn't go with Conti's, Mich or Bridgestones. Let me know as I'm not snobby about wheels and the price/tire wear ratings are great.

Thanks.
