Spot a Leak~~!!! :blink:

Hi~everyone!
I was just cleaning my car and while I was cleaning the engine bay...
I spot some leak at the top left of the engine bay, where the cap state "CHF 11S ONLY"
I saw the marks around the area, looks like it slpash the surrounding a bit... not TOO much, but very noticeable.
I try to serch the manual and did not see anything.. then search online found out it's a kind of hydraulic oil...
So, I guess it should be the power steering or something...
Does any one know about it? or have the same problem?
I think I saw some kind of similar leaking on my brother's 2001 3 series..
Is this OK thing or I should go to the dealer to check??
