is this even legal? this guy is trying to make money off a waiting list spot on the M5!

i think so. i'm no attorney or lawyer but i've seen many guys doing it for living. especially the exotic rare cars.

That always happens... I seen it before... for the E39 M5 to E46 M3 to MINIs... they all piss me off...

If Im not mistaken, that same guy did that with the E46 M3Convertible when it came out. He had the 1st one coming in to the states and someone paid $10k to have his spot.

if i have the money and don't want to wait, i wouldn't mind to pay the premium. but it really depends on which car i'm going to get. $10-20k more for a lambo or ferrari type of exotic cars is ok. not a m3 nor a m5 :'(.
