I tried searching here, didn't find what I am looking for. I have an 06 M5, SMG. When I park the car on a slight tilt, left front, get in and start it, the red SMG malfunction light comes on, goes out in about 5 seconds. Has done this a couple of times. I have had the trans flushed about a year ago, so I talked to the shop, he said to check the P.S. fluid, as the SMG uses the same system, not low. Seems to shift just fine, shop hooked it up about 5 months ago, showing no codes at all....Really puzzled here, any ideas?
