Hey everyone,
So I decided the other day I was bored with my OEM AEs and wanted to change the look up again. After seeing Joe (Trinity Autosport) had just released the 10W AEs, I was tempted to try them out.
I happened to have Joe's number from a while ago so I texted him if he had any left, fortunately he had one set. I couldn't leave my office until 5 and he was leaving his shop at 4:30 to go to a meeting, so he put them in a safe spot outside so I could pick them up. If that's not customer service I don't know what is.
On to the AEs:
I was pleased to say the least. I didn't want to go with a HID setup as those ballasts heat up, and LEDs also last much much longer than H8 bulbs.
OEM
OEM (L) 10W LED ®
10W LED
Angle OEM
Angle 10W LED
Night shot with Headlamp on and 10W LED
Keep in mind for the night shot I have my Rings coded to the max all the time (the halogen bulb was bright at night) so this probably affects the LED output as well, which is bright in this setup.
Install was very simple. I have small hands so it may take more time with those who have larger hands but it is plug and play, a very well made AE in my opinion.
I'd like to thank Joe for going the extra mile to make sure I got these when I wanted them
Happy motoring!

Are you still selling those custom hoods? By far one of my favorite hoods made for the E60.

I'm not familiar with the Burger AEs so I can't comment, but there is a small metal ballast for these. Everything fits nicely inside the headlight.
Wald front end, I'm going to be making me own lip soon enough, I do have a bumper for sale though
Yes sir. Thank you! I appreciate it
