I am also curious how he got out of his lease without losing his hide (assuming it was a lease). I know the economy is bad, but BMW is pretty much sticklers when it comes to there leases.
Hopefully they didn't roll your upside down equity into the new car.
One day hopefully I can upgrade to an M5.
