Red on Red M5
Was looking to get into a 2007 or 2008 BMW M5 and came across a very interesting color combination. I am new to this forum and would appreciate any feedback from current owners. I was going to keep it simple (Black/Black) but am interested in the uniqueness of this car. Is $54K too much? http://globalautosports.com/car/2007...dan-29758.html

The Indianapolis Red interior is actually pretty nice in person. It doesn't look as bright. I've been wanting to do a swap with someone to give them my black interior in exchange for their red interior but haven't had any luck.
That said, red on red might be a bit much.

MIne is red on red and it's pimp!
the color combo might look too bright in pics but in real life it's much more subdued, nothing like the coral red on the 335, looks more burgundy than red. I have that exact combo and have never seen another one.

54 is a little high but considering the mileage and the CPO warranty it's not really that high. I bet you could probably get the deal done for 51-52.
54K with only 12,8xx miles is not bad at all. With this economy you can knock off 4 or 5 grand and then negotiate till you and the dealer come to terms. Be aggressive cause the salesman sure wants to sell it. Also ask what options are installed.

It reminds me of my buddy's 335i convertible which is red on red (Stevie Wonder can see it), and every time I see it I think someone is trying WAY TOO hard to be noticed!!
Red inside only or red outside only would be NICE!!
