I think he means your wheels. I believe the windows refers to the inside of the spokes. Could be way off, but thought I recalled that term from Asanti's website that allowed you to customize your own wheel colors.

I got a ticket once. I actually got pulled over for my tints and then the cop gave me a ticket for the plate being on the dash. SMH
Hmmm, maybe. I always drive around.

I love my summer rims and summer tires too. But the roads are a potholed warzone and it can still snow until mid-Arpil so I wait to change the wheels and tires until then. For now; it's plain jane 123s wrapped in Dunlop WinterSport M3s.
