just read through the rip goblin thread, I don't know what i would do if I was in that position 
I'm glad you were able to upgrade to an m5. with my car being an 04 insurance wouldn't give me the money i need to get an m5 so i'm guessing you had to come a bit out of pocket at an unexpected time. Good job at taking all those parts out @the final good bye i can't believe they let you take so much out of it right there on the spot, from reading the thread I know at the time you were on the fence about what your next car was going to be but I'm just curious why didn't you port over the cic with all the work research and time that went into it? or had you already sold it b4 you knew you were gonna be right back in the warm embrace of a 5er.

had to do a color change & refinish on my center shifter console....heres a progress pic. while scraping off the first layer of paint, i scratched the hell out of the plastic...so i had to fill in the scratches w/ bondo putty, sand its smooth and prime it BEFORE paint...what a headache lol. but i had to do it...my center console has been taken apart for weeks, i cant drive across country w/ it all taken apart right?

Update:
Car needs hella attn. I need an oil change, brake fluid flush, one of my headlights is out, my amp & sub stopped working and my interior trim is all half wrapped and looking like shit. My car is embarrassing right now. I can't wait till I find a place to live out here in Cali. Then I'll have a garage for repairs/maintenance/mods/upkeep.
Well with that said, when I do get a place it's time for a full color change. I'm thinking either bright gloss orange, matte interlagos blue or matte cherry red....thoughts?
