Oil level reading question
 

So i had my oil changeged 2,500 miles ago. Last week the electronic dipstick in the instrument cluster read ""-.01". I checked the I-Drive and it said to add a quart. Not wanting to overflll the crank case, i added just over half a quart. The reading never changed so i added the rest of quart....reading still didnt change. Then, i reset the e-dipstick and now it's at 1.4...now i'm worried i've overfilled it. (I-drive show oil level is OK)

Anyone have any feedback on this?
