hey there all i have my friends at BBI AUTOSPORT ( www.bbiautosport.com) doing some r&d work with my car and building a few different exhaust systems on my car to see what kind of power can be made. we finishedthe first one today and the car had an avg gain around 9hp overall with an 18hp peak gain. they had it dynod at autowave in hb.

the first system runs 3 inch right off the header, to a 45 degree into a 3.5 inch back to 3 inch out split to the mufflers. these mufflers are a 52% muffler deally and the next will be 40%

the second system will run 3 inch with an x-pipe placed close at first and then moved more towards the rear and back out to 3 inch to see what can make most power once again.
the first one weighs about half as stock and ful tig welded, it looks real neat.

here are a few pics.

thanks, im unsure about doing a 3.5inch staggered dual tip or a staggered with a slight turn down with the end of the tip lining up with the rear of the bumper and the cut matching the angle at the diffuser.

who knows. haha

the non res xpipe and race exhaust is just loud enough for me to enjoy but not loud enough for my wife to hate the car. so a very good compromise. im happy with it, thanks for the great deal. its weird to watch the tips get longer and shorter when the car heats up and cools down. its just really funny to watch. i already heard you were going with something custom from josh. i saw him getting towed on ventura the other day. sucks about his car.
