It was an Absolutely Gorgeous weekend in Munich so I decided to take a slight detour through the Munich this weekend on my way back from my business trip from the region...

Also visited BMW Welt, Munich's 3 series plant + went over to Dingolfing to see 5 + 7s getting built. New Assembly line to build M5 is being re-tooled to get the production of these babies started...

SO SO SO Incredible..!!!

That's awesome. When I visited in 06' they were under contruction for the new show room and only had a few cars for show. I'd love to go there again.

edit: maybe this is a different place, anyhow Munich is awesome. Haha.

Interesting coincidence..
Last I was in the BMW land was also in the Fall of '06 when I received the Euro Delivery of my last BMW an '07, E-60, 550. I picked that one up at the old delivery center. The Welt, now is simply Awesome as the deliveries are all done from this Fancy New Architectural Marvel.

I would love to return there again to pick up my next piece of marvel. My wife is already talking about getting her a new 5 series Touring as she is hooked on one and want to also "upgrade" to a newer model 5 series Touring..
I was thinking about getting back there to pick one of these New M5's BUT who knows that I might end up getting back there sooner than I planned for....LoL
