I have to agree that 500BHP get boring because of the car refinement. What you need to drive something raw/basic to get the sense of speed back.
You'll need some sort of forced induction system (not going to be cheap) to get to those HP, I have never been a fan of NOS due to component wear. Supercharger or turbos would be my best guess. There are a few tuning companies that offer a turbo systems but I have never seen a tubby on a BMW V10. I guess the engine can handle the boost?
Having 650bhp would be great but the mass of these things isn't going to guarantee you are not going to get beaten by something with "less" worthy.
You can go down the mod route (as everyone will tell you it never ends) or you could ignore these boyish challenges on the road. Avoid your ego clouding your judgement

i can see why you can get boarded with 500hp.. you get so use to it after a while it feels like any other car.... TILL you drive a 4cld sentra... THEN ITS BACK TO HOLY CRAP and when you come to the light and you get of the car and you do this. then your like wow this thing is fast.. thats your best bet.. save you whole lot of money.. by the time your done with the mods,, you probly could of got a new car...

Bi-compressor, Stroker, and NOS already exist.
On the other hands, you can make your existing 500hp feel more alive by strip out 500lbs from front/back seats, console, trunk, etc.

NOS is a stupid power adder... anything else and you will be fine..
i'm just only afraid that NOS will hurt the engine or the transmission..
