I see they carried the suede headliner over from the E39 M5.

I actually like the interior. It may not be the best color combo, but I find the brown/caramel seats to be quite nice. It would probably look better in person or with higher quality pics, possibly matched with a chrome trim or a different shade of wood.

Suede/Alcantara is nice and all, but I could easily live without it.

Also, the leather looks to higher quality than plain dakota leather.

The exterior color is wonderful but I fear the caramel/camel seats will be less than durable. Will have to see how my first two years go in the E60 prior to considering a step up to the big boy .

They are there if you look hard enough, the right hand one is almost completely obscured by the wheel and you can just see the one on the left poking up.

One is for upshifts and the other one for downshifts.
Different to the "usual" e60.

And each E60 paddle shifter is about four inches long. That was a surprise to me after looking at the brochure pictures. You can see the length of the M5 paddle in one of the photos.
