Does anyone know if these mirrors are available yet? Part numbers would be a plus

I would like to have them on my m-sport 535d. Would make it perfect IMO

If you are unpatient.. you may think getting the AC schnitzer mirror. They look sporty, just like the m5 !

Oupss... I have put this question by oversight on a different thread...

I wonder if M5 exterior mirros have all the same functions like e60 (autodimming,etc)
and any idea why they make lower part in different colour?

The idea comes from the racing world. You could tell the cars apart from the colour coding of the mirrors. The black plastic doesn't have a function other than distinguish the model.

In the UK autodimming is standard, as is the folding option and the puddle lights.

1. Good question, i'll have a look when the demonstrator arrives

2. I think the black is complementing the high gloss shadowline'. The bodyshop might do it for you though.
