I have the opportunity to buy a very low mileage M5 (300mls on clock at present). Its Silverstone with black and I'll find out tomorrow whether or not I can get it. I'm in the process of trading my 997 C2 in for a new one and it will only be a couple of months I think until the new Porsche arrives. I thought it would be interesting to own the M5 whilst I wait. Would anyone on the forum be interested in buying it off me with no more than 1500 miles on the clock around November/early December?

No interest at all? I thought this was supposed to be a popular car with up to a 2 year waiting list. Maybe it isn't such a great idea to buy it after all if no-one on an enthusiasts forum is interested.

Having done a bit of research on likely residuals on the car I've decided to pass on it. No point on paying a slight premium for a car just as the market is about to turn down.
