Hold DSC for 5 seconds, sport mode on, and manual shift to 1st gear. hold the brake pedal down with your left foot, rev to 1500 - 1800 rpm,
release your left foot then stomp on the gas pedal simultaneously. If you want more wheel spin you can rev up to 2000 - 2500 rpm.

Be careful when the dsc is fully off, the vehicle can and will go sideways!
Hold DSC for 5 secs? Is that how you turn it off? I want to see someone doing it in youtube before I try.

If you go to youtube and search rpi 535i gt race exhaust. There's a video of me in an orange shirt doing two runs up and down the street. Both runs were done with dsc fully off and the second run the car is launched at approximately 3000 rpm. As you can see in the vid, the tires spin freely and I had to adjust the steering to keep the vehicle from going sideways.

does anyone know if the launch control works on the US M5's? I cant get mine to do it....maybe I am not doing something right....
Is your car new....how many miles on it? The LC does not self activate until around 1200 miles or so. It varies, but mine didn't work at first either.

I did this in my dad's Dinan m5 tonight it was incredible. At first it didn't work but after just playing around with it for a while it finally pinned me back to my seat.
