Judging from your avatar, I suggest you simply walk in and greet them with "Say hello to my little friend" and you should be able to get them to come down a bit...

I have no idea what your lease terms are but I got these figures from a BMW dealer in my area, don't know if its a good deal or not...
24month lease with $5000+fees (about $7-8k) with 15,000 miles a year and monthly pymt of $1180...

I don't know if you would consider a used M5, but I have seen very nice 06 M5 for $69-72, many with just a couple thousand miles on them... Check autotrader - you can still lease a used car, BTW, although I don't know that the residual calculations will be as good as BMW offers...

I called and spoke to a henry, he is running some numbers, if i can get that deal IM IN! My local dealer is telling me 9,000 down with 1850.00 monthly payment! Thats sick! I can get a F430 Ferrari @ that range!
in the end of your deal when you are at the leasing managers office to sign the papers
you are going to see a dealer fee which is BS. Do not pay that. Tell them you are already getting the
car and paying down payment you dont want to pay that dealership fee at all. (it might be 1000 for M5)
and also my suggestion is find a very lightly used couple thousand miles M5 which will probably will have
100k warranty from BMW Certified if you find one request that as well.
ps:if you get the car dont forget to ask for free M5 floormats as well
good luck
