My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
2008 M5
Yes, I am not thrilled with the bodykit or the wheels (wheels look kinda cheap to me for an M5). However, getting a 2008 M5 with less than 20k miles on it for less than $27k would be killer.
What do you guys think?

If there is no BAD reason for the pricing and it checks out, I couldn't think of a single reason NOT to at least check into it!

That's what I'm thinking Dave, the ugly body kit can be removed, but if it checks out it meets my personal M5 requirements:
1) Fully optioned - if you're going to get an M5 why cheap out on options?
2) M5 EXCLUSIVE color - I prefer Interlagos Blue or Indy Red, since they can only be had on an M5
3) Black interior
So if CarFax checks out (along with dealer check) and I can convince the wifey (she still wants her new kitchen first, silly girl, lol) then it's a possibility.

Hmm, don't M5's have the same 4yr 50k mile initial warranty? If so the one I am considering would still be under warranty (depending on in-service date) until next year, and regardless I wouldn't get an M without a warranty.

Iirc the rear fenders were cut to install the Hamann widebody fenders, if thats the case theres no going back to stock...Unless they opted just to install it ontop of the existing fenders
