Now that is a good deal my friends!
Thats either :
A) a GREAT deal
I have a terrible deal
C) Bad math
For my Fully loaded 535xiT with Aero kit I'm paying 1,270 for 24 months. 10K miles/year 0 down everything in the monthlys.

The math is right my friend! Try the numbers yourself here:

The MF came down slightly this month, so the monthly payment would actually be about $33 less than above. Remember, my dealer is willing get rid of it for invoice. It's been on the lot since Sept. '07

It's A, if you can afford it.

Best case scenario at the great price you're getting is 1,564... without so much as an iPod connector.
Its not that I don't believe you or wouldn't want you to get that deal. Its just I would feel like a total ass if I were paying more for a 535 than was available for an M5.

Your numbers are off. First, MSRP on this car at my dealer is $91,750 with a residual of 72% = $66,060 for 12K mi/mo lease (not $60,840). Invoice is around $84.5K. MF is now 0.00275. 10% tax with acq. fee of $625 with:
$0K down = $1331/mo (with tax)
$2K down = $1233/mo (with tax).
Check my #'s below. As for the iPod connector, I didn't say the car was loaded, but for this payment, I'd rather have the M5. You still don't feel like a total ass, I hope?
$1,270 for 24 months, 10K lease on a 535 sure seems high, but then again, you say it is fully loaded, so I don't know what the MSRP was. You could always figure out if you got ripped by plugging in the numbers on here to see how they got your payment. I am not sure what the xiT MF's are, but the 535xi MF is 73% currently on a 24mo/10K lease.

But no donkey ears yet, I'm still OK with it. Mine is loaded and has a few things I have to pay in full for.
Plus I didn't get the M5 for reasons other than $$.
Still, what an amazing deal!! You should grab it or turn someone else onto it.

I see my mistake, but you did say .00295 before.

I was quoted $1265/mo 24 year lease with a .003 money factor on a 08 M5 fully loaded, maybe minus one or two minor options, i think they said it was priced to 91K with their #s. This was from a third party lease company getting me the car at wholesale. O down but gotta pay sales tax up front. I'm looking to purchase an 06 M5 wholesale instead.
