My Ride: COMING!! 2006 M5 - December build - January delivery.
2004 530i - Silver Gray Metallic; Black Leather; Premium Pkg; Premium Sound Pkg; Cold Weather Pkg; Steptronic; Comfort Seats; Glass Moonroof; Rear Side Airbags; Adaptive Bi-xenon; Euro Rear Reflectors - Delivered 12/3/03
2003 M3 - Carbon Black Metallic; Black Leather; Premium Pkg; Park Distance Control; Xenon; Hardon-Kardon; Alum Int. Trim; SMG - Delivered 2/17/03
Just ordered M5. December build - January delivery. Can't decide between Black Safire or Silver Gray. Also need comments on whether HUD is worth it. Have to decide in next few days.

Get HUD - it's awesome (esp. with the SMG III setup)
And, honestly, if you are already spending 90K on a car, what's another 1K for a cool gadget/option, right?

How about Int. Blue? I love that color.. if not, Alpine White would be nice too!

My Ride: '05 545i, silver gray, black leather with anthracite maple wood, sport package, premium sound, navigation, cold weather package, electric rear sunshade, folding rear seat, satellite radio prep, PIAA 4150K fogs, red rear reflectors, hardwired Valentine One
HUD is a must, especially on the M5. I'm partial, but my vote is silver gray. Beautiful color and low maintenance. Black looks great right after being detailed...for about 5 minutes!
