What was your install cost? BMW dealer qoute me between $500-600. They said the backseat is pain in the butt to take it out.
Any help would be great.

I was going to ask you how much if any the handling improved, but wow, that much better?
How would the understeer be eliminated with just springs though? Understeer is already built in, then in conjunction with a staggered setup, I don't understand how it would be eliminated by just springs and spacers.

That actually sounds reasonable, mine was on the expensive side. I was charged $630 labor, $315 parts, and I supplied the H&R springs. The parts included the spacers and lugnuts. The labor included the spring/spacer install and alignment. If the dealer's quote includes alignment, I'd take it.
Decided that I should stop being so lazy and redo the re-installation of the AIBs myself, so that was removed from the list. I'm probably still looking at around $600 - $800 for everything else.
The spacers and springs are completed, just waiting for the rim to fixed and then get the alignment. Been waiting two days so far for the rim.
