I don't know about Europe but we don't have run flats in the M5s here. We have a mobility kit in the trunk in case any tires go flat. I know the 545s and probably the other regular E60s have run flats so maybe your dealer made a mistake? Look at the tires, if they're run flats, I think it's noted on there.

It was a fun video to watch though. I did not think that a M5, at 500 bhp, was capable of reaching 200 mph. Frankly, I thought that it would take more like 650 bhp to break the 200 mph barrier.

There were lots of debate regarding indicated vs actual speed though. That said, I've seen a video of an M6 where the driver had a camera on the HUD as well as one on a GPS device and he took it to 206mph on the GPS on the autobahn in Germany.
