If you don't track your car and you don't need the extra cooling for your brakes, I guess you could shove some lights in there....

Here's a pic of an M5 that has foglights. It's member Bluewater on M5Board. I also wished we had foglights but not sure if I want to block the brake cooling ducts.

Hey Tony, maybe it would be better to mount the fog lights (small ones like the ones you pictured) in the upper corners of the center intake in the bumper. That way they wouldn't block any of the brake cooling - might be a PITA to get adjusted right, but it's an idea.

I thought about that but it would look odd. The brake duct area is really the only place to put it. Not gonna bother though.

I wouldn't either if that's the only place - those huge brakes need the cooling (especially if you drive your M like you should)

I wouldnt want to block the ducts with fogs as it will reduce air flow to the brakes... Not to mention fog lights look silly on M bumpers.

If you put fog lamps on, it will look like the M-sport front bumper

I agree with the others; you don't want to block the brake ducts - those brakes need all the cooling thye can get if you're driving the car like it's ment to be driven!
