hmm.. I'm not sure.. I don't feel that in my car.. except maybe when I'm in S2 or S3 shift mode which I rarely ever
use..... other than that I don't notice it.. maybe it would be a good idea to have it checked out..
Are you refering to the front end jump or movement?

Its when im really accelerating.. like the front end lifts up because of the power to the rear end.. you know what i mean?

I guess I do feel that when I'm pushing it hard... But I'm thinking that's a good thing to feel the back tires digging into the ground.. but what I tend to notice more is the bump between shifts in the lower gears.. but yeah.. I see what you mean now.. I'm not sure it's abnormal though..

By bump do you mean.. the clunking in the gearshifting? i find that in the lower gears i hear lots of noise when shifting..

Just the hard push you feel when shifting on those lower gears... the feeling of the tires re-digging into the pavement.. I'm not sure how else to explain it... I don't feel it anywhere specifically... it's the whole car "bumping" forward...

HAHAH its funny because i was going to go to the dealer and get them to check the car out.. it just feels slow!! lol.. Gaurenteeds just because like you said, im getting used to the feeling.

One thing i do hate is how much the front end of the car moves up and down between shifting.. even when on Stiff suspension. THe solution to that is new springs i imagine?!

You do know that the computer picks up on your driving habits and style and "builds a profile" around that style, right? For example, if you never drive in M Mode with P500 Sport, and only drive in P400, your car will seem slower than someone's M5 that always keeps it in M Mode and P500 Sport, such as myself.

In fact, a Dyno was done recently comparing 2 stock M5's, with one driven very aggressively and hard in the highest mode all the time and the other in standard mode with not such aggressive driving. The more aggressive M5 put out higher numbers on the Dyno when both were set at the same levels for the Dyno test. This was mentioned on M5board. Check it out...and start driving your car harder, always keep it in M mode and always in P500 Sport.

Damn it!

I wanna have optimum performance at the press of my M button. But I drive in P400 S1 mode 90% of the time.

This sucks!

Hahah im ALWAYS in M mode and P500Sport EDC OFF S6, and lets point out i just went through a rear set of Michelin Pilot Sport ZR's in 10,000kms... (6200miles)

Is there a way to reset this "saved driving format"?

What do you mean by reset? You can go in an change any of the parameters in the MDrive settings.

I was refering to C's comments about the car remembering how it is driven and such.
