I dynoed it today on Dyno Dynamics. First run got 458HP, second run 453HP, then third run at 450HP. It was 105F outside and super humid so I should be making more power. I only printed out the 453HP run. I'll scan it tomorrow. Just got back home and need to wake up early to go to work tomorrow.

458WHP with 360WTQ. Not too bad at 105F and crazy humidity. Performance mods, I have RPi Race GT Exhaust (sec 1, 2, and 3), RPi scoops, RPi block off plates, BMC air filter, and RPi pulley. I have a STOCK TUNE!!!! People with the same mods as me are getting 415 WHP. With tune and headers, they are getting 470WHP so I am pretty happy. I filled up 93 octane with Gulf before I did it. I usually use SHell V-Power. The torque curve is so flat so beautiful! If you haven't gotten the RPi pulley, you NEEEEEEED to get it. Power down low is reborn andthe dyno chart proves it.

It does but not to the wheels, as I recall most M5's give 390 to the wheels. Which is what makes John's run even more impressive. Simple bolt-on mods gave him an additional 60 WHP - which is amazing!!! Nice John :hyper:

now all you need is the RPi/ESS ECU tune and the SMG Tune!!!!!!!!! congrats!

+1. I see a lot of stock M5s dyno at around 410whp on 93 octane pump gas. The longer the driveshaft, the MORE components of the transmission (different transmissions get more parasitic load, eg: auto, manual, or CVT), the hotter the weather, the more humid it is, all makes horsepower to the wheels go down.

Assumptions for drivetrain loss:
FWD MT 10%
FWD AT 15%
RWD MT 15%
RWD AT 20%
AWD MT 20%
AWD AT 25%

Assuming a 18% loss on an M5. I should dyno at 410.

Then from the RPi claimed MAX gains:
Full GT Exhaust 18 whp
Ram Air Induction 15 whp
Block off plates 6 whp
Pulley 15 whp
Total is 54whp gains

Total should be 464 whp. But let's say worst case scenario 390 whp. The mods will bump up to 444 whp. On this 105F hot and humid day, I picked up 458whp. Assuming a nice breezy low humidity day, I should pick up another 10whp.

So if RPi makes the product for your car and you're not buying it, you';re crazy. We are an authorized dealer for RPi. Why don't we carry other brands? Well, it has been proven why over and over and over again. GO RPi!!!
