My Ride: 2005 530i upgraded to 2007 550i 12/20/06
Took delivery of 2008 M5 3/25/08 cf delete K&N filters, the rest stock.
Just measured the tips.
LH inboard tip to RH inboard tip = 32 1/4"
Between the tips same side = 3/8"
Overall outside measurement = 45 13/16"

How do you like your real M5? I wish I could afford one, their nice!!! I am building a e60 M5 replica now, will not have that monster engine, but will attempt to have some of the fine e60 M5 looks!!

No problem. All e60's are cool, your car looks great. I wish that you could get a M5 in
