If he agrees with $15K, labor $3K for me, I still gotta ship the car to Texas, fly there, ship it back, and fly back. I still gotta think about it cuz in the end, I am actually spending $20K!!!!

My suggestion: test drive the car with it and see if it is what you want. If you are going to plnk down $20K, it is worth spending a little bit of $$ to fly down to the car to see how the engine performs and whether you really want it.
