Decisions decisions. Joe say no stroker but I do want it. It is costly but this guy is parting out his car! Can get a decent deal on the engine swap, dinan intake, throttle bodies, and pulley. Biggest problem is he's in Texas and I'm in NY. I mean, if he's anywhere closer it'll be a MUCH easier decision. Is it really worth it? Maybe just a tune and RPi headers will be sufficient?? Or wait for the supercharger? But NA is the way go to on M's!! But you can proudly say, 5.8L V10!!!

You'd have the only 5.8L in the world since Dinans 5.7L!!!

But on a serious note, u must be nuts!!! No way to just swap them! You have to have a Dinan shop do it, plus you need the S3 software, plus, you live here in nyc, no F*in use, you will never be able to expliot any of the additional power ans you can even use the power you have today as we both know...its fun to say you got it, but living we we do, unless u were a track rat(and then still its the wrong car) you just can't out down the power on the roads in any useful way...get an S1 tune to remap and delimit, see if u really got the b*lls to hit over 180, and then think about this, otherwise its just lots of $$ for bragging rights.

Dinan's original stroker was 5.7L, but they switched over to the 5.8L awhile ago. Even Steve Dinan's personal car, which was done awhile ago, had the 5.8L.

Look at the fine print and ask questions first. Dinan's warranty says it's transferrable if the car where the parts were originally installed is sold so I don't think it would be transferrable if you get it from a part out. Their warranty also excludes any competitive use of the car with their parts.
